Paska

It's that time of year and the apartment smells delicious!

It all starts with yeast
Plus a little milk, eggs, sugar, and flour
After the 1st rising
More flour, a stick of butter, and a little kneading
Before the 2nd rising
After 2nd rising
The most coveted job in Paska making: punching the dough
After the 3rd rising

Before the 4th rising

Baking
